About the Role:
Cloud Tasker Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Property Preservation Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing work orders (WOs), reviewing property photos, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with U.S. client expectations.

This is a night shift position, aligning with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process property preservation work orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Review before/after photos and ensure compliance with client guidelines

• Maintain proper documentation and update internal platforms

• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines

• Communicate with vendors or team leads to resolve order discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property preservation processing

• Solid understanding of U.S. preservation guidelines (e.g., grass cuts, debris removal, winterization, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and photo-based platforms

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
